Arabiat made the strategic decision to penetrate the Egyptian market with SsangYong's latest model Tivoli and currently working on presenting the rest of the esteemed global fleet.
Eager to swiftly establish SsangYong as a strong competitor while gaining customer trust, Arabiat has assembled a network of 4 fully-fledged service centers and 14 dealers across Egypt, at a record-breaking pace of 6 months since the official launch in November 2015. Furthermore, it has a functional & knowledgeable customer service squad through different touch points between the company and the customer which are comprised of the hotline, 16106, a growing Facebook page, KGMegypt, and Instagram.
